    Description

    I purchased this in 1972 but misplaced it and never mailed it until recently.   Current value appears to be over 0.    I recently tried sending to the name and address on it but it was returned to sender.   I can included that returned envelope when I send this to the buyer.  I don’t know how to cash this.
